Markus Schmidt is the designer and founder of Schmuckwerk, the manufacturer based in Ratingen. Every piece of jewelry is made by hand in our own workshops.
The special thing is that every goldsmith is responsible for his piece of jewelry from start to finish. Here, work is not done in partial steps, but each goldsmith is allowed to complete the piece of jewelry with his or her personal identifier, a small number.

Can I also order as a guest?
Of course, you can also order as a guest in our online shop, which makes ordering even easier and more convenient. However, if you order without registering, you'll miss out on some benefits (viewing your order, managing your addresses, subscribing to our newsletter, among others).

We primarily ship goods with DHL, UPS, and FedEx . After delivery, delivery to the recipient within Germany usually takes 1–3 business days. The shipment of the goods is fully insured by Juwelier Badort until they are handed over to you as the customer. You bear no transport risk for the delivery.
If you wish to return the ordered items to Juwelier Badort, please refer to the information regarding returns. Return shipments are, of course, also insured.
