1. How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping within Germany : For orders over €500, we cover the shipping costs within Germany. For orders below this value, we charge €5.90 for shipping.

Shipping to a country within the EU : For orders over €1,000, we cover the shipping costs to all EU countries. For orders below this value, we charge €19 for shipping.

Shipping to all other countries : For orders over €1,000, we cover the shipping costs to all other countries (except Germany and the EU). For orders with a lower value, we charge €35 for shipping.

    Yes, Every shipment to our customers is fully insured. You bear no transport risk for the delivery.

    We send your order over 500 € in special Safe Pack shipping bags with UPS or FedEx .

    Yes , all deliveries are sent neutrally, without the Badort logo. This way, it's not obvious that the order contains valuable goods.

    6.1 We ship primarily with DHL, UPS, and FedEx . After shipment, delivery to the recipient within Germany usually takes 1–3 business days. Shipping to other EU countries can take up to 7 business days. For shipments outside the EU, please contact us by phone or email to inquire about the estimated delivery time.
