1. How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping within Germany : From a goods value of €500 we will cover the shipping costs for your order within Germany. If the value of the goods is lower, we charge €5.90 for shipping.

Shipping to an EU country : From a goods value of €500, we will cover the shipping costs of your order to all EU countries. If the value of the goods is lower, we charge €19 for shipping.

Shipping to all other countries : From a goods value of €500, we will cover the shipping costs of your order to all other countries (except Germany and the EU). If the value of the goods is lower, we charge €35 for shipping.

Yes, Every shipment to our customers is fully insured. You bear no transport risk for the delivery.

We will send your order in special Safe pack mailing bags when we have over ICS Courier delivery. If you deliver with DHL, we will send your order in normal shipping bags or packages.

5. Was the delivery successful with a neutral sender?

Yes , all deliveries are sent neutrally, i.e. without the Badort logo. This means it is not obvious that the order contains valuable goods.

6. Which shipping company will my order come with?

6.1 We mainly ship goods with the provider DHL . After delivery, shipping to the recipient within Germany usually takes 1-3 working days. Shipping to other EU countries can take up to 7 working days. If shipping outside the EU, we ask you to inquire about the expected delivery time by telephone or email.

Within Germany, delivery takes place on the working day after delivery between 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Shipping to other EU countries can take up to 4 working days. 7. How does the order process work?

At very high-priced Orders let's vote for one date of delivery with you by email or telephone. Your order will then be sent on your desired date

8. Is delivery to an alternative delivery address possible?

Yes, at a Order in our Webshop can you a alternative Delivery address indicate. E.g. the address of your place of work.

9. Is express shipping possible?

If something is urgent, we are of course happy to organize express shipping. The Cost for that depend on the ordered goods , the desired Delivery time and the destination away. Please inquire about the possible options by calling 02131 / 31652-0 before placing your order.

10. Is delivery also possible on Saturdays?

Yes. Shipping also takes place with our partner DHL Saturdays .

11. Is delivery to a packing station possible?

The products we ship often have a very high value. That's why we deliver security reasons no DHL packing stations . If you order in our web shop, our employees will be happy to coordinate an individual delivery date with you.

12. Can I also pick up my order from the store in Neuss?
