Return information

You can return items to us within 30 days . This excludes individualized items such as: E.g. watches with engravings or pieces of jewelry individually set with gemstones.

If the value of goods exceeds €500, we will bear the costs for the return in Germany as well as in countries inside and outside the EU.

This is how returns work at Juwelier Badort:

1. You send us information about the return (order number) to service@badort.com
2. After checking the return, we will send you a free return label as a PDF by email.
3. You print out the label and attach it to your order.
4. A DHL branch near you will accept returns. If we have shipped your order using ICS Courier, a member of the courier service will collect your order.
5. After receiving your return, we will refund you the purchase amount, either via PayPal or bank transfer to your account.

After receipt and positive inspection of the products and delivery components, we will refund you the purchase price promptly. Only the buyer is entitled to a refund of the purchase price. We will refund you the purchase amount using the same payment method and currency of your purchase.
