Can I get a personal consultation before buying?
Yes, I'd be happy to. Simply book an appointment for a free video consultation – our advisors will show you the piece of jewelry live on camera and answer all your questions, without obligation. Alternatively, you can reach us by phone at 02131 31652-0.
Can I view the piece in the store in Neuss before buying it?
In many cases, yes – we always look forward to your visit at Niederstraße 3 in Neuss (Tues-Fri 10am-6pm, Sat 10am-4pm).
