The renowned Bigli jewelry manufacturer is located in the northern Alps. Goldsmiths there lovingly handcraft the jewelry of the designer couple Laurence and Thierry Spitaels, who fulfilled a long-held dream with the company in 1998. In their workshop, the two turn great emotions into great pieces of jewelry that honor the most important stages in the designers' lives.
When delivered, each piece of Bigli jewelry is safely packaged in a stylish jewelry box, which also includes the corresponding certificate of authenticity.
Note: Each colored stone is made up of several layers and is individually hand-cut. That's why every stone is unique. Depending on the incidence and type of light, the color of the stone may vary from the color in this photo.

Yes. Many of our pieces of jewelry come in a stylish jewelry box, which also includes the corresponding certificate of authenticity from the manufacturer. If there is no certificate of authenticity from the manufacturer, we will provide one for you.
Does Badort carry this brand as an authorized dealer?
We sell all watch and jewelry brands that we carry as an authorized dealer.

Can the ring size be changed afterward?
Yes, in most cases. We usually have the changes carried out by the manufacturer of the ring, as they have the best tools and the most experience with the respective piece of jewellery. In some cases, a size exchange is also possible without any changes to the ring itself.
Can I get a personal consultation before buying?

Can I view the piece in the store in Neuss before buying it?
In many cases, yes – we always look forward to your visit at Niederstraße 3 in Neuss (Tues-Fri 10am-6pm, Sat 10am-4pm). How can I return an item?
You can return your order within 30 days. Excluded are customized items, such as engraved watches or jewelry individually set with gemstones. Please write to us with your order number at juwelier@badort.com, and we will send you a free return label via email.
For orders with a value of €500 or more, we cover the return shipping costs. Upon receipt and inspection, we will promptly refund the purchase price via the same payment method. Please include the original packaging, certificates, and instructions with your return.
