Over 20 years ago, the founders of QLOCKTWO, Marco Biegert and Andreas Funk, thrilled watch fans and design lovers. Both present a wall clock that represents time in a matrix of letters. This innovative idea and the purist design of the watches convinced renowned juries who honored the QLOCKTWOS. The manufactory from Schwäbisch Gmünd has received, among other things, the iF Design Award and the Red Dot Design Award.

Do I receive a certificate of authenticity with my jewelry?
Yes. Many of our jewelry pieces come in a stylish jewelry box, which also includes the manufacturer's corresponding certificate of authenticity. If there is no manufacturer's certificate of authenticity, we will issue one for you.
Is Badort an authorized dealer for this brand?
We sell all watch and jewellery brands that we carry as an authorised dealer.

Can the ring size be changed later?
Yes, in most cases. We usually have the changes carried out by the ring's manufacturer, as they have the best tools and the most experience with the piece of jewelry in question. In some cases, a size exchange is also possible without any alteration to the ring itself.

Can I view the piece in the store in Neuss before purchasing?
In many cases, yes – we always look forward to your visit at Niederstraße 3 in Neuss (Tues–Fri 10am–6pm, Sat 10am–4pm). Since our store assortment changes constantly and some pieces are custom-made for you, we recommend contacting us briefly before your visit at juwelier@badort.com or 02131 31652-0, so we can have the desired piece ready for you.
How can I return an item?
You can return your order within 30 days. Excluded are customized items, such as engraved watches or jewelry individually set with gemstones. To do so, please write to us with your order number at juwelier@badort.com, and we will send you a free return label via email.
For orders over €500, we will cover the return shipping costs. Upon receipt and inspection, we will promptly refund the purchase price via the same payment method. Please include original packaging, certificates, and instructions with the return.
