QLOCKTWO from Schwäbisch Gmünd developed the first prototype of a wall clock over 20 years ago, which shows the time typographically with written words. Yes. Many of our jewelry pieces come in a stylish jewelry box, which also includes the manufacturer's corresponding certificate of authenticity. If there is no manufacturer's certificate of authenticity, we will issue one for you.
Is Badort an authorized dealer for this brand?

Can the ring size be changed later?
Yes, in most cases. We usually have the changes carried out by the ring's manufacturer, as they have the best tools and the most experience with the piece of jewelry in question. In some cases, a size exchange is also possible without any alteration to the ring itself.

Can I view the piece in the store in Neuss before purchasing?

How can I return an item?
You can return your order within 30 days. Excluded are customized items, such as engraved watches or jewelry individually set with gemstones. To do so, please write to us with your order number at juwelier@badort.com, and we will send you a free return label via email.
For orders over €500, we will cover the return shipping costs. Upon receipt and inspection, we will promptly refund the purchase price via the same payment method. Please include original packaging, certificates, and instructions with the return.
