Can I view the piece in the store in Neuss before purchasing?
In many cases, yes – we always look forward to your visit at Niederstraße 3 in Neuss (Tues–Fri 10am–6pm, Sat 10am–4pm). How can I return an item?
You can return your order within 30 days. Excluded are customized items, such as engraved watches or jewelry individually set with gemstones. To do so, please write to us with your order number at juwelier@badort.com, and we will send you a free return label via email.
For orders over €500, we will cover the return shipping costs. Upon receipt and inspection, we will promptly refund the purchase price via the same payment method. Please include original packaging, certificates, and instructions with the return.
