Yes. Many of our pieces of jewelry come in a stylish jewelry box, which also includes the corresponding certificate of authenticity from the manufacturer. If there is no certificate of authenticity from the manufacturer, we will create one for you.
Does Badort carry this brand as an authorized dealer?
We sell all watch and jewelry brands that we carry as an authorized dealer.

Can the ring size be changed later?
Yes, in most cases. We usually have the changes made by the ring manufacturer, as they have the best tools and the most experience with the jewelry piece in question. In some cases, a size exchange is also possible without any changes to the ring itself.

Can I see the piece in the store in Neuss before purchasing?
In many cases, yes – we always welcome your visit to Niederstraße 3 in Neuss (Tues–Fri 10am–6pm, Sat 10am–4pm). As our store's inventory is constantly changing and some pieces are custom-made for you, we recommend contacting us briefly before your visit at juwelier@badort.com or 02131 31652-0 so that we can have the desired item ready for you.
How can I return an item?
You can return your order within 30 days. Excluded are customized items, such as engraved watches or jewelry individually set with gemstones. To do so, please write to us with your order number at juwelier@badort.com, and we will send you a free return label via email.
For orders with a value of €500 or more, we cover the return shipping costs. Upon receipt and inspection, we will promptly refund the purchase price using the same payment method. Please include the original packaging, certificates, and instructions with your return.
