Schmuckwerk – Jewelry that moves

In a historic paper mill from 1852 in Ratingen’s Angertal valley, jewelry with its own unique language is created. Since 1994, Heike and Markus Schmidt have been combining meticulous craftsmanship with technical precision in their manufactory to create something vibrant: pearls that can be rearranged and diamonds in unexpected constructions. Each piece is crafted by a single goldsmith from the initial material preparation to the final polish – and marked with a personal signet.

Juwelier Badort has been working with Schmuckwerk since its founding year in 1994 – as one of the manufactory’s first and most experienced partners. Since Schmuckwerk sells exclusively through select specialist retailers, this partnership is your direct access to the brand. The manufactory is just a few minutes away from us; we are regularly on-site in person and know the collections firsthand.
